Work Experience

Each year we support a number of students looking to gain experience of work in architectural practice.  Generally these are week long placements where students work in the office on a theoretical design project developing hand drawing, physical modelling and BIM (Building Information Modelling) skills, whilst also having the opportunity to experience life in a professional office, find out about what the architects in the practice work on day to day and talk to the team about careers in architecture.

If you would like to enquire about the possibility of a placement please contact This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..

About Us

We are a well established practice, working in Worcester for 30 years. For more information about us, some of the projects we have been involved with and our design approach, please explore the website.

We are a small and friendly team, find out more about us by clicking here.

Our centrally situated offices are modern, air conditioned and open-plan. We are Mac based and use ArchiCAD to deliver BIM across our projects, although previous ArchiCAD experience is not required.

Benefits and Conditions

Hours of work will be 37.5 hours per week. We don't have a long hours culture and work outside of these hours is unusual.

You are entitled to participate in the Company pension scheme three months after the commencement of your employment.

Career Development
As a practice, we are committed to continuing training and development of our staff at all level. You will be encouraged to extend your skills and knowledge and you will support you with this through our appraisal and development process, with regular reviews with your Mentor Director.  Once you have been with the Practice for a year we will agree a Career Development Plan, setting goals for your development within the business over the next 3-5 years.

We have started a programme of research and development with all members of the design team actively undertaking research and development projects on alternate Friday afternoons, after internal design review.
